Returns & Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

The product is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging

The item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing components

You received the wrong product by mistake

Approval is required before sending any item back.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality-control reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Opened or partially assembled kits

Items without original packaging

Gift cards or downloadable materials

Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please allow time for your bank or provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you need the same item replaced, we offer exchanges for defective or damaged products at no additional cost.
Missing or Damaged Parts
If your set contains missing or damaged pieces, we will send replacements free of charge. Contact us with the part numbers if possible.
